Model Actress Zahnita Sued For RM15million !!
Textile company, Gulatis Exclusive Sdn Bhd, is filling a RM15mil suit against model and actress Zahnita Dorothy Hussein Wilson, 25, for allegedly defaming them. Company advertising and promotion manager Norazliana Abdul Sani said the writ of summons was filed at the High Court registrar here in February.
Zahnita had allegedly defamed Gulatis !
Gulatis claimed that Zahnita had defamed the company in her statement of claim that was published and broadcasted the next day.
Zahnita Disaman RM15juta !!
On Dec 11 last year, Zahnita filed a RM2mil suit against Gulatis for allegedly using her pictures on its posters and advertisements without her permission, claiming it resulted in her suffering huge losses when another textile company, Jakel Trading, cancelled its projects with her.
The case has been fixed for case management on Aug 17.
